Be Mindful of the date of the following publications.  Some are discussing Cap & Trade Schemes that were formulated for the Kyoto Treaty, some address the Scheme set forth in the  Waxman-Markey bill that passed the House last summer, and some deal with more hypothetical scenarios, such as the 2007 CBO issue summary.

Also bear in mind that Cap & Trade has LITTLE OR NOTHING to do with the environment, global warming, or climate change, and EVERYTHING to do with government control.
